The double-unders killed my time. This just provides greater incentive to learn how to do them.

16:14 as Rx'd. I'm going to have to try dimsum, because without it I couldn't keep up with James.

After a full week of skill practice, I was pretty worked over before this WOD even began. Tuck jumps are brutal - i hate them. My ankles are still deciding whether to fogive me for the pounding they took. Guess I better figure out those double unders ASAP.
