Damn Matthew. Stick with this and you will bring us much glory by the time you are 18. You might consider competing in the CF games this year, depending on the format. Great stuff.

I think this was too light. The deadlifts probably shouldn't have felt like rest.

Well, I did 3 sets RX. Then got in about 4 more deadlifts. Then stopped. That all took about 25mins. DNF! Yay!
