Subbed 12kg for 16kg on the swings and did 500 skips instead of 125 double-unders. OW. Starting with sore shoulders from Friday's presses and Saturday's push presses made the first half of this workout just brutal. I think it will be a couple days before my shoulders agree to talk to me again.
Did this one at East Brother Light Station. Everything was rx'd except for my lack of a 1.5 pood kb. I did 75 single arm swings with a 1 pood, alternating every 20 or so. Time was 32:02.
Nothing will ever suck so profoundly as burpees, but jump squats followed immediately by running is pretty close.

Running was slow, burpees are not fun, jumping squats were torture from lactic acid, but it was great to do a metcon again! And I ran 400 meters when I was only supposed to run 200.
