57:30 10K
This was the second time in my life I've run 10K. I was going to stop at 5 miles, but Max wouldn't let me come back up the stairs until I finished it. Gita was sweet enough to run the last mile with me. I bet he's never run so slow before in his life!
Did workout "B"
I was actually going to run, but a little wet outside. I had some pent up aggression after first bar prep class for this time around, so I went with the brutal workout.
So close to RX, used a blanket to assist the handstand pushups, its coming along slowly.
~57 minutes. Very hard.
did the workout B rx, but wasn't shooting for time (my "off" day) However, I don't know if I could have done it much faster though (about 1 hr 20 min). did a 10k on thanksgiving, about 53 min.
