"2009"

1 200m run uphill
1 200m run downhill
20 sit-ups
10 push-ups
9 burpees, collect token

There will be 49 tokens at the top of the hill. Once all the tokens are collected, the athletes will have performed 2,009 reps (each run = 1 rep). Your score is how many tokens you've collected. Incomplete rounds will be counted in the event of a tie with the person with the most tokens plus reps being the highest scorer.

Guest Coached by Daniel O. who plans to get his L1 Certification this year.

The final workout ended up being:

1 200m run uphill
1 200m run downhill
20 sit-ups
10 push-ups
9 burpees

Last token delivered at 19:50. 11 athletes completed between 3 and 6 rounds each.

Thanks everyone for coming, and particularly Gita for hosting - it was a lot of fun. Happy New Year!

Gamed this perfectly and snatched the last token right after Johnny. Did 10 burpees by mistake, 5 rounds (modified dog-leash holding burpees).
