~47 min on Mr Joshua, had to scale to 225 lb for the deadlift after the first round.

With all due respect, double the number of sit-ups to sub for GHD sit-ups seems excessive on this one. Of course, as always, just my opinion.
Actually I think 60 regular sit-ups are much easier than 30 GHD (no eccentric component).

I can't say I felt great on any portion of the workout, but I found the 60 sit-ups to be the least painful part. Granted that's compared to the running/deadlift combo...
Alright, 300 sit-ups it is. I won't make it in time for class anyway so I'll be sucking on this wod of doom all by myself. I'll be in around 6:30pm. If it's an issue to leave the gate open and you need to go I can figure out something else. I'm leaving the building now.

Mr. Joshua - 50:05 RX - I'm proud of this RX. I have the shin scars to be proud of :oP hahaha.
Leaned more to my right then on my left. Need to concentrate on engaging the left half of my body during lifts.
