Day 24 done. I will likely not see y'all for a few days as I have a bunch of work to finish before I head to Texas. Tear it up.

Day 24 done. Gita, pleas take a photo of you in cowboy hat, or something like that, if at all possible. It would greatly amuse us. LOL.
Have a good time at the cert/clinic thingy and say hi to M. Byers for me.

I grew up going to the rodeo. Back home I have the hat, some Ropers, and a pair of Wranglers that require more packing it in than a fat girl in her going out on a Saturday night jeans. It comes out sometimes for costume parties, you might get lucky.

I would suggest a costumed workout, but it sounds like Gita may not be able to achieve a full range of motion doing pretty much anything.

On a related note, apparently your high fructose corn syrup may contain mercury in addition to all that sugar.

What's the recommended weight for the pull ups? Should I choose the max weight that I can manage, or the max weight where I can do five pull ups unbroken?
