Plus: Discovered the most freakin' amazingly delicious spiced nuts recipe EVAR.

I found some delicious nuts myself...though I'll be more specific, they were cashews.
Day 2 done...I realized how often I have an afternoon cookie fix with my coffee. Hmmm.
Day 2 done. I have been tracking my diet in FitDay and recording my activities which is pretty good for me.
I have made it safely through 2 days, with no sugar as well. It's going a little easier than I expected. FitDay tracking is also going well.
Gita, I have a couple of questions for you. Would you send me an email leonmma@gmail.com and I will reply with my inquiry. It has to do with training slash nutrition for an endurance event (marathon).
