Day 19 done.
day 19 done
for the permanent record, my crossfit goals for 2009 are:
any three of the following
1) a 300lbs dead lift
2) a 5:30 mile
3) a (mostly) static muscle up
4) 50 connected double unders
100 1.5kb snatch: 5:22
WOD: 21+10 jump squat
today's firebreather: 10:15 (suggestion, try not to do this after a leg heavy workout within an hour, see above)
morning: 9 rounds in 10 minutes
afternoon: 16:21 ($#&^@ing double-unders)
Oh, and day whatever done.
Accuweather pegs the forecast for tomorrow at "passing light showers, 53 degrees." So, are we on for the 10k at noon?

I'm no longer scared of snatching the red kettlebell.
Sorry Dudes and dudets, had some sugar today. Had half a slice of bread during breakfest which probably had sugar in it and ate 1.5 cookies my roomates made.
Firebreathers today was 18:20 - The double-unders kicked my ass, not to mention the rest of the exercise. I am tired from yesterday and today.
I'll think about the 10K. I have been feeling some weirdness in the back of my right calf, so I should probably chillax on extensive running.
