day 15 done.

100 snatches in 8:47. Preemptive by 1hr Day 16 done.

Day 16 Done

40-45 min nonRx (no hspu: shoulder no like)

34 min

Very limited range of motion for the HSPU's, but failed to notice it was odd reps only and did the even ones as well.

all days done. lost count. mind of steel.

23:32 tonight. modified L-ups, (aka jumping L-ups and pull-ups)

I want to do L-Pullups like Rebecca H. Nice form!

My L pullups went from an oblique L down to a parentheses, then an N, and finally just I. All HSPU's were piking off the tallest box.

Fatigue

Exhilaration

Roughly in that order.

Good to be back to crossfit. Good seeing everyone after such a loooong time..

Time: 35+ mins, not even close to RX!

Well ... RX HSPU.
And I did "L" pullups but they were about "\_" pullups
(catch the coach quote-ness?)

26:40 for roughly 50% - i did ladders 8-1 and 1-8 - all numbers.

Pullups were jump up, with as close to an L on the way down as I could manage.

HSPU were done with feet on the tallest box.
