Please check the firebreathers page, send me any missing WOD times and any corrections: I will try and come up with a better system to track this this month.

My wod #4 time was 12:56.
I will keep the chart for posterity, despite the fact that I'm DFL :0)

Not DFL at all.

way to go polly and james!

Uh, Ev, you're nearly 10 minutes ahead of me (who IS DFL).

Congratulations Polly and James! You guys are awe-inspiring.

you know, if everyone did all of the workouts (only 3 men completed all 5), I'm pretty sure I'll be lucky to finish top 3. btw, I'm very suspicious of Max's last fire breather time...I think he sandbagged so the instructor doesn't come in 1st.

WOD 3 100 KB swings 1.5 pood - 8:44

WOD 4 (From Jan 24, 2009) - 18:20

I am not sure what to say...but I will be keeping the picture collage! I am looking forward to future firebreather months, in which everyone finishes all of the workouts. I am sure that the increased competition and the number of possible goats of mine that we have yet to include will lead to my complete downfall. Until then, I think I need a week off ... until Saturday. Thanks everyone for the motivation!

all days done.

James, it is possible If I had done the WOD with you I might have gone a minute faster, but not much more. My hands were torn up from the virtual shoveling/C2B Pull-Up WOD when I did the cleans so I could have gone a bit faster on that, but you also put in an impressive performance on last week post leg work-out so neither of us gamed it as well as we could have.

I honestly don't think I could have made up 2 whole minutes on yesterday's WOD, even if I had puked, you won, fair and square.

However for next month's Throwdown, I might have to recluse myself, it does not seem fair based on what I have in mind, but I have to think about it.

BTW, I'm going to (very sadly) miss all the social climbing events in February, due to a work thing. Rebecca is still hoping to come tonight, depending on how she's feeling.

Daniel, I don't see tickets avaialble for purchase for any Monday shows at Aurora Theater. Am I missing something?

It's a series of developmental readings on Monday nights. I'm part of the play development program, so I kinda have to be there.

Is it open to the public?

Also re: my DFL comment and your response--you couldn't have done much of the firebreather wods as rxd six to twelve months ago, so your performance is crazy good and improving constantly. Also, your one big glich, I think, was the double-unders, which will click and then you'll be unstoppable! You rock, Daniel!!!

Day 28 done. no cough syrup, either.
