Social Climbing at GWPC

Come climb with the CFEB crew. If you don't know how this is a great opportunity to learn to top-rope: you don't need to own equipment, but there is a nominal fee for harness and shoe rental.

I emailed with Dave Werner who is responsible for xfit Seattle's skills assessment. He said that Daniel's rules for thrusters (racking on the back) are acceptable and that the L-sit can be performed on either the rings or parallettes.

He was happy to answer questions, his email is dave at crossfit seattle.

As of yesterday, I have all the L2 skills and six of the 27 L3 skills. The two things on the L3 list that seem the most difficult are the rowing and the snatches.

Is climbing at IronWorks and GWPC?

I'll climb.

OK, I'll be at GWPC.

My excuse -
Consequences of muscle damage: Temporary swelling
and pain, lower power and range of motion, and tremor (CF Journal).
Mostly that lower power part to explain my lack luster overhead press. I know I will get destroyed in the deadlift. Maybe the bench press will do something for me. We'll see.
