Funky lift. Feels very weird doing something half-ROM in CrossFit. But I really appreciated the lower-key workout.

My chest was surprisingly sore from this wod... now that I think about it, the dips and muscle-ups didnt help either. Regardless though, as I ran to CFO and back to watch the norcal team challenge, I felt that familiar pain(the one we all know too well)as my boobies bounced in the wind!
NP on the butterfly kip, wouldnt really call it a lesson, more so a community effort to learn on the fly... or butterfly that is, ha ha ha :)
