3 rounds, huh? I remember when we only had to do one round. Run-21 swings-15 pushups-9 squats-Run-Done.

lol, all my power comes from PMA(positive mental attitude) that and I have a really hard head :)

I can vouch for Raph's muscle up too! Yay-great work! I think my time was 21:48 but didn't really make any proper pullups :-(

The sandbag jabbing me in the throat every couple reps on the thrusters added a new dimension of pleasantness to an already fun-filled activity.

Having the one end of the bag always slipping out of grip WAS sort of a pain in the arse.

24:10 RX The thrusters were nasty nasty nasty. Somehow I don't remember 65# thrusters being that bad. Maybe the cold makes them harder? I salute Polly and Raph for their 17 minute scores---those are amazing!
