Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 250 meters
Kettlebell Sumo deadlift high-pull 2P/1.5P, 28 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps (Men C2B)

Firebreather (Advanced)

Throwdown:

Back Squat 1RM - best of 5 attempts (Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1)

Post bodyweight and percentage of bodyweight squatted. Winner for the month will be the woman and man who lift the highest percentage of bodyweight in the combined Back Squat, Press, Deadlift and Bench Press. Example BS 275/PR 150/DL 375/Bench 250 @ BW of 175 = 600% BW lifted.

Rest day schedule changes said:
FireBreather Throwdown (FBT) will be Sunday at 1PM, however in all likelihood this month's FBT will be held at GWPC @ 1:30 on Sundays.

But the schedule on the home page says
Sundays 1 pm at Ironworks.

Which one?

Nevermind. I can't read.

Firebreathers:

183 ibs\128% - Calculated from 1RM 235# (i.e. 235#/183#)

Thought I could do more to be honest. I swear that a month a go a did a couple of reps of this. Weirdness today for some reason. Oh well... Work-in-progress right? :o)

Morning: 4 rounds even
Afternoon: 190 @ 175lbs (109%)

Five hours in the gym...is a lot.

Noon - 4 rounds plus run (1.25 pood; jumping pull ups)

FBT - 135#-155# (fail)-145# (fail)-145#-150#

I'm tired.

3 + 16 SDHP RX
then
300lbs @ 195lbs = 154%

Agreed, today was loooong. I'm exhausted. Good wod, though. I liked that one.

Rest day sounds great.

215. That is 119%.

12N: 3 rounds + 9 pullups RX
Firebreather: 120lbs @ 105 = 114%

Alex and I did the firebreathers squats today. We went below parallel on the squats we are reporting, which are: Alex 200# @ 150 (133%) and Rebecca 145# @ 125 (116%).

I did the squats with Tom on Monday. 225# at 179 bw = 126%.
