Post bodyweight and percentage of bodyweight squatted. Winner for the month will be the woman and man who lift the highest percentage of bodyweight in the combined Back Squat, Press, Deadlift and Bench Press. Example BS 275/PR 150/DL 375/Bench 250 @ BW of 175 = 600% BW lifted.

Hm...I had thoughts of doing both workouts, but am concerned about what all those push-presses would do to my press. Swings instead, maybe? Just don't worry about it? Don't do two classes?

Doing all of those push-presses will certainly lower your ultimate press, perhaps by 5-10 pounds. Any Metcon so close to a 1RM will lower it somewhat, that's just the way it is.
OK, I'll skip this morning's classes, then, and do something (Annie, maybe) after FBT.
D*** double unders. sore ankle, sore calves, sore, sore, sore. laying low on today's WOD. Will do something not involving lower half of the body :-)
BTW - does that picture represent some kind of crossfit mind meld? or shock therapy?
