34:04 - RX but for the "kipping" jumping pull-ups. It was my first time swingin' that big ole' 1.5 pood weight and it felt good (after I realized I would probably not fly across the room). After 8 days of workouts, I'm traveling this weekend and might get a little rest. Ya'll do some good work this week!

I had to take frustratingly long rests to keep my form above a B - particularly in the latter half of the workout.

if i were superman, double-unders would be my kryptonite! 34 and some change and 13mins of that was spent cursing my lack of jump rope ability.
29:55 rx. Not that it wasn't bad, but definitely not as bad as it first looked.
40 min rx...pull ups are definitely my achilles heel, I think the last set took me at least 10 minutes.
