Firebreather page updated.

Please check it for accuracy.

In the future you will have to do the workout on the same day it is posted for to participate.

It doesn't matter a whole lot since I missed the first two, but hit 330 on this week's Firebreather workout.

~8 min rx...actually strung some C2B pull-ups together, it was a good day.

My first round was unbroken. Back muscles are not happy right now.
Daniel did a fantastic job leading a full class. Very clear and direct instructions. We weren't allowed to rest for more than 5 breaths.

I just have to say that Bill comes in to every class and works harder than anyone there. Gives me hope that I could be doing this for a long time.

Jim, I've got you totally snowed. I was goofin, totally relaxed. I guess you didn't see me yawning before the last round. It's all an act, but I'm glad it plays well.

There's good info here. I did a search on the topic and found most people will agree with your blog. Keep up the good work mate!

Make certain that the accessory you are buying works with your cell phone. Cell phones aren't yet universal. This signifies that you have to purchase accessories that go while using specific telephone brand and model you are utilizing. Fortunately, most cell cell phone accessory packages are labeled clearly using the brand and models they'll work with. Do not be tempted to pick up an accessory that isn't built for your phone - you could harm it permanently.
