Day 29 done.

Had sugar on saturday unfortunately.

But no sugar Sunday, Monday or today. Tack on another three days.

I think Tuesday was day 30. Since January has 31 days we should be done now.

And done. Daniel and I went out to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and we didn't even have desert.

Suck it sugar challenge.

Day 30 - and... done! I actually don't have much urge to go back to eating sugar. It will be nice not to have to worry about restaurant food, but I think I will continue to keep the contents of my kitchen sugar-free. I'm actually going to throw out the few frozen TJ's items I thought I would want after we were done (chicken, etc.).

A good experience.

Sugar challenge, done.

The workout is at Ironworks today right, even though it says GWPC? Or did I miss a post about a location change? Thanks.

MT

Made it through the last day. So I wasn't perfect, but this was definitely good for me between nixing my afternoon cookie habit and not dumping sugar in my coffee. It can't be a bad thing to get rid of the processed food with sugar either.

Sugar challenge complete. All days done.

It will be nice to have a couple ingredients back that are small sources of sugar (ie, hoisin sauce), but I don't expect a radical change.

N.S.C. done and yet another morning of black coffee.

30 day no sugar challenge done. Piece of cake in fact. More importantly I stuck to my plan to write down my workouts and diet. Found some interesting things in there that surprised me.

No sugar challenge is over?? Awesome, I just bought one of those costco surplus sized boxes of pudding packs.

Great Job on the Sugar Challenge guys!!

No sugar today either :) Yeehaw! I'll have to check back, but I think that I only stuff that I knew had sugar in it 5-6 days this month. 7 at the most. But it was quite educational in realizing how crap out there has sugar in it... Craziness and kind of sad as well.

Brutal. I was tasting copper the last round.

After weeks of waiting, I had one of the chocolate chip cookies tonight. Well... I had a bite, anyway. It just tasted kinda wrong. An earlier me would have shrugged and eaten it anyway, but I tossed it. If I'm going to eat sugar, it better be worth it. I'll take the rest of them in to work tomorrow.

Kelly 36:36 last time in April 41:01 and that one was done outside with no steps to climb

Includes time to put away some equipment for yoga class coming in. Some wallballs didn't get high enough, but my form felt better.
Congratulations to all the Sugar Free Challengers!

RIGHT ON BILL!
Suen, you've been kicking some booty lately girl (more than usual, I mean). Nice :0)
I had a sugar free RedBull and a Builder bar, not exactly dessert but desperation food. Gita's to blame for the Builder (he made it sound so innocuous).

The cold is not quite gone. I decided to do 50% volume after running perhaps my slowest 400m ever to start. ... I made it through three rounds (of 50% with the 10# wallball) - in 18:36.

Blargh. I think it might have been faster and better than when i VERY FIRST started Crossfit ... but only just barely.

Still - it was good to be doing ... something ... again.

35:15 Survived my second CrossFit workout ever but had to cut back to 15x wall balls and 20x stepping onto the box. Someday I will jump!

I'm impressed by all of the sugar-free challengers.

Nice work Hannah. Come on back.

36:20 RX

Did oly bar thrusters, cuz I no good at wall ball (they were all taken anyway)

If anyone wants to climb Thur, or Friday, email chuck at sanna dot com.

Great job NSC-ers!

61 mins, not RX (used 14lb ball)

34:36 ???
something like that.
