Is tomorrows workout actually at GWPC?

Says Berkeley now ;-)

Max and everyone at CFEB, there's a special memorial hero workout and fundraiser called "OPD" going on at CFO from 9-11 on Saturday. Money raised will go to the families of the officers shot and killed in the line of duty last week. All are welcome. Please come and join us if you can.

I so wanted to beat Eric's time, but it (literally) slipped through my fingers.

15# I think. The lettering was worn off. 9:25. Did it after fasting for 17 hours. I'm sure that affected my time. Not liking the temptation to gorge on anything edible after doing IF. going back to zone as Rx'ed.

Bah, went to GWPC to do the wod at 7 not thinking of the somewhat obvious fact that Max may have grabbed all the balls from there for class. Did Lynne (mainsite Sunday wod) instead, 50 reps. I'll have to make this one up at some point.

12:09 RX I think. Very unpleasant and Goatish, but good for me. At least this time I didn't get punched in the face too many times and sand thrown in my eyes at all (by the ball). Thanks for your help Princess Raindrop! :)
