What's up with the clean and front squat WOD under OPD?
Daniel -
That is Saturday's WOD @ Ironworks.
Anyone else want to do the Hero WOD? I'm going to suck at it, but if I'm feeling better, I'd really like to give it a try.
Alex -
I don't get your comment.
You were invited to this event, via FB but have not responded. A bunch of us will be @ CFO to do this 9AM tomorrow.
Bex and I will be there. I'm scaling to 225/95, I think.
OPD 16:10 not-Rx (225/35)
That was a very cool thing.
Just wanted to thanks everyone who stayed to cheer me on! :) I can't recall my time, and I can't say that I had the best form in the room, but I can say that I finished it RX (according to the witnesses at least). To everyone who was there - awesome job (sorry I missed some of it).
My vote for Firebreathers:
- NONE OF THESE: squats, deadlifts or the like.
- Include: Reverse burpees, push-ups, dips, double-unders, running. Pull-ups maybe.
Polly - you were the only woman to do the workout RX (24 inch box as specified), therefore your time was the best of the day. Nice work, sorry I could not be there to see it!
14:48RX

Tough workout. Gotta a lot of mental and physical conditioning to do. These past couple of days have demoralizing but i'm staying strong.
Scaled to Comfort:
