I think I'll be around for this one :o)
sounds uncomfortable.
baby powder helps.
On second thought,
Looks like I gotta study tonight :o( Gettin more and more outta shpae by the minute :o(
69:24 Rx (PR) I finally found a Murph rhythm that works for me: 5 pullups, 5 pushups, 15 squats, 5 pushups, bouncing off the floor for the pushups. It turns out you can get a little power movement going on the pushups, which really makes a difference.
53:26 rx (20# vest, 5-10-15; last best 1:01 with 20# backpack @ 10-20-30)
67:58 with a 10# weight vest. It wasn't as bad as I suspected. I think I could cut at least 10 min off if I could stop messing with my hands - trying to get the tape to work, and then complaining about it, continuously through the workout!
I will let you all know if the grips I get work any better.
65:57 RX except half height pull ups.
i agree with most of the feedback comments. But is this factual or your take on it?
Its good to see some one else blogging about this stuff at this post other than just me. But I dont agree with all of it.
