Yes 375# C&J, 275# Snatch, 440# Front Squat, all warm-ups.
Okay that just looks like a really good way to get injured.
Actually Weight Lifting has a much lower injury rate than almost any other sport 4 per 1000 hours of participation compared to 36 in soccer and, respectively 85% injury rate among competitive badminton players and around 50% for recreational runners.
