used the 12kg KB
16:21 or there abouts, not Rx, Daniel and I talked before this one about what weight to use, in retrospect we probably both could have gone Rx albeit with considerably slower times. 132 pp scared us off. Sometimes its hard to look at the CrossFit playbill and know if you'll be viewing comedy or tragedy.
