guess it's time to learn to kip those dips?

rebecca,

the best video i've found for learning to kip them dips (sounds like a perfect slogan for a shirt, btw) was watching videos of Annie doing kipped pullups. Seeing the hip opening up to drive the kip made perfect sense to me versus just swinging, which I think translates better to dipping.
