I've been asked by "management" to clarify on Saturday's Tribute WOD at CFS:
The WOD is a "group effort" WOD. You can have teams picked out if you like but it's not necessary. We can set you up in a group if you show up alone or in odd numbers. We're just trying to accomodate possible large numbers.
All teams will be timed but of course, it's not a Throwdown. Just a way to come together and celebrate the four officers and help raise funds for the four families.
