Did this with standard plates so had to make sure I could a) lift the weights without dumping and b) lower them (obviously). I think I can probably go 330+ if I know I can dump. BUT, and this is a huge but, my form's ass. I am totally lifting with my legs faster than my back, so there's plenty more room for improvement. lift and learn...
