I'll start hooking (grip) when my snatch is tight enough that I can charge for it.

...don't worry Alex (above comment), one day you too will have as tight a snatch as Princess Raindrop. Like Mr. Schmitz said, SQUEEEEZE! Although that might constitute a different form of exercise...
WOD A pounded me into dust. WOD B pounded the dust into whatever the hell is smaller than dust. I have never, ever, hit the wall so hard and not DNF'd. A 45 minute WOD took me 90 minutes. I was waaaay DFL.
Let's not even talk about WOD C!
what does a 1.0 pkettlebell way,,,and is it possible to use a hand weight instead? What color is this kettlebell?
1 pood = 35 pounds. At Ironworks and GWPC, that means the red KB. For some movements a dumbbell can be substituted, but not for others, and never very well.
Don't worry Max, if I had done the full volume instead of half, I'd probably still be there trying to finish it out.
