Team CFEB Hard Rest Protocol
WOD 090523
Flex Strength Day:
Everyone:
5 sets of 5 pistols each leg, done back to back with 10 perfect push-ups, alternating legs. Each set is Right-Pistolx5/Left-Pistolx5/Push-upsx10
Plus:
Option "A"
Snatch 3-3-3-3-1
or
Option "B" (Team CFEB and whoever else wants to)
Pick two slow or fast lifts you need work on and do four work sets of each. Consult with me for guidance if needed. Alternate: sled drag, farmers walk or tire flip.
Post lifts, loads, reps, etc. to comments.

Has anyone been having trouble commenting?
