135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

I strongly suggest doing this as a finisher if you are doing the OLY seminar.

LOL - I think I might have to opt for the broomstick ... Holy cow am I wiped. Hopefully I will not be a useless wreck for the seminar.

Sold out but we will do it again.

about 7 1/2 rx

i don't remember my time, but i know i wasn't in the top three finishers. what i do know is how to correctly do a thruster. thanks for the extra lesson, max.
