WOD 090522

"Eva" (Team CFEB and whomever else wants to)

Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups

OR

"Helen"

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
12 Pull-ups

My girl of choice was Helen and I did her gimp-style in 13:55.

Eva, DNF (3 rounds in 39 minutes).

My deltoids/biceps were killing me with the pullups. Not really sure what's going on there, but apparently Fridays are not good fitness days.
