i'm 100 percent into fatty mcFran depending on your answers to:
1. can I kip the pullups
2. are they c2b.

sure kip it if you can. C2B = No. However if you don't have sub-6 Fran I would not bother.
14:xx C2B which is 4 minutes faster than my last failed attempt to do Fran C2B, and 4 minutes slower than my best non C2B time.
9:30 C2B RX (PR)
39 seconds faster than last week thanks to coaching from Max.
