Squat Clean -

Managed to get under the bar pretty well. Opening exercises emphasizing jumping under the bar were very useful and is good food for thought :o)
My ability to front squat those higher weights proved to hinder my ability to complete the higher lifts. Also felt a bit of weakness in my initial pull. Front squat and deadlift are some things I need to work on.
In order to try and erase the memory of my left knee daintily caving in over and over... I'm just going to go with the whole I'm-tired-and-had-no-business-Oly-lifting-today excuse.... yeah. Next time.
