"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

All Pull-Ups chin over bar. henceforth all pull-up WODS will be specified chin over or C2B. Standards will be the same for men and women.

Post your choice of girls and rounds completed to comments.

matthew continues his post games assault on his own PRs 30 muscle-ups for time: 8:26 full lock out previous best over 14:00 w/ bent arms.

Wow! Congrats Matthew, that's amazing!

14 rounds of Handi-Cindy (sub 2p KB DL for squats). My forearms are shot*.

*I could add something inappropriate to that comment, but I shall refrain.

Mary: 4 + 14 pull-ups

- Found out that I cannot do left leg pistols. So that made things fun :o) Got a bit too frustrated as a result. Sort of a waste of time and energy. Gotta relax a bit more.

Good job Matthew!! Far away from that at this point :oP

Mary 5 + 4 pistols, RX. Keeping balance in the pistols was the hard part---I probably failed at one pistol for every two I did.
