I like to know, even when I can't make it. Or especially when I can't make it. Will you post what it was after the fact?
No,Rebecca, the people doing tomorrow's work out will be sworn to secrecy before being briefed about the workouts details. I will die before I will tell. Unless its a really stupid work out, then I'll tell you for sure. Damn, I bet its 10k run or maybe 20k he's back dooring us on the long run. Yeah, that's why I don't like the "UnKown" thing it leaves me alone with my imagination. But I won't tell I swear.
Unless its 20 K run, then I'll be whining about it for weeks.
This is not a workout that can be "made up". If you know what it is, you can no longer do it.
is it "guessing the workout for time" with penalty burpees for each wrong answer? that would be so meta.
^logged in as me. Alex?

I lost an s--- load of time getting a drink of water and coming back so I think my time could have been slightly better. Oh well :oP
43:46. rx. the 2nd to last thing (if there were more than one thing to do, allegedly) was by far the hardest and slowest. Allegedly. the "what's next" factor definitely is a new element.
49:26 rx
I only have 1 speed. So I zone out and keep on going knowing it each rep will bring me closer to the sweaty end.

my computer automatically reposted when I hit the refresh button. weird. so what was it?? or did you swear everybody to secrecy per bill's post?
Run 4 miles
100 Sit-Ups
50 Burpees
25 Pull-Ups
But you really had to be there to get it.
He didn't tell us anything before the workout started - it was just "keep running, until the fastest person(s) have 1 lap left, and then I'll tell you how many laps total you have to do, and there may or may not be something to do after the running. When we were finished with the running, he sent us upstairs to find out about the situps, burpees and pullups.
I had to bail early on the running - something in my hip was most definitely unhappy with me - and even doing a little less than half the running, it was so. much. fun. :-|
And several people still finished ahead of me. Doh!
