Our goal this year is to raise 10,000 towards the One Million dollar overall goal, benefiting Athletes For a Cure/The Wounded Warrior Project
Fight Gone Bad began as a fundraising event in 2006. From those
humble beginnings and with the support of the Crossfit community, we've
proven what a small, totally committed group of people can accomplish.

Fight Gone Bad IV takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2009.
The event can take place at any Affiliate facility between 6am and 4pm.
The event format is the Fight Gone Bad Crossfit format.
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.
This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed
before repeating. The event is in the 3 round format. The stations are:
- Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
- Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
- The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
- The first three editions of Fight Gone Bad have raised a combined total of more than $1 million to provide funding for programs of the Wounded Warrior Project and Athletes for a Cure.

How many 10 minute rounds are there? 2?
2 rounds.
256...nearly met pukie.
221 RX
Kettlebells were killer the 2nd round
I ended up at 262, though after the fact I discovered that I had inadvertently scaled the KB snatches in all 4 rounds. Oh, and I ripped a callus off and bled all over myself. And I managed to mess up the burpees at the beginning.
My sauce was a tad weak today.
Shoulda stayed home.
218 RX
Goal was 220: 12 reps/movement in the first round, 10 reps in the second. There was some variation (my burpees are slow and made it up with pushups), and I fell apart at the end, but close to goal. Tough one.

I had to do some swings with eyes closed since sweat was pouring down. My snatches were scary by the time I got to them-glad my arms didn't snap. Nice wod!
