what's the difference between the deadlift and CDL. and what's a clean high pull?
We did the Bear Complex instead - 8:52 scaled 75#
I liked this sequence of movements.
20 sets (135#/95#)
1 DL
1 Hang clean
1 Front squat
1 Push jerk
1 Back squat
