14+ RX - The left arm snatch rocked. Definitely something to work on in terms of strength conditioning.
7:54 Scaled 1P Snatch
10:45 scaled to the 28kg kettle's instead of the 32kg but still a tough workout

I haven't bonked like that in a long long time, but after about 6 snatches I was done. Maybe a good indication I should review my recent diet/sleep habits...

I thought it was like 11:06...but okay 11:48. My metcon is suffering with the focus on lifting I think. I was babying my right shoulder a bit. But, maybe I will do this whole zone thing. Give it an actual try...?
