19:37 Rx... took a very long time on the running. On the bright side, first workout with no missed C2B!

23:20RX - Probably should have used the reverse grip on the DLs but wanted to work grip strength. Tough workout.

19:47 RX with 2 x 2Pood Kettlebells for DL

MT

18:46RX DL was really hard during the third round

19:40 but I DL 185 lower back is not 100%

21:12 RX. My C2Bs continue to suck, but I'm-a-workin' on it.
