15 + 11 sit ups RX
- As Max was saying, with proper gaming I could have gotten a better score possibly. Dropped the bar at the end a little bit as well so that didn't help. Oh well.
- On a side note, props to everyone that did yesterday's workout and still did this one!
16 + 1 sit up Rx
I second Raph's assessment - there is no way I could've done yesterday and today!
14 + 5 push up
scaled a bit using kettlebell which destroyed both my hands and pride
17 rx DNDYWOD (did not do yesterday's wod)

Felt "good" at the time, but yesterday's chickens have come home to roost tonight: I'm hobblin'.
