So, here's what I ended up doing and is why I am considering planning and redoing this workout in the near future.
21: 105#F x 7, 95#F x 7,
10: 115#F x 8, 115# x 2
5: 135#F x 2
5: 125# (Woot!)
3: 140#F x 1
1: 140#
So, as you can see I only completed two runs as prescribed. Pretty terrible. Quite educational and, I should add, humbling. However, I was getting good depth and my hip didn't hurt too badly.
