I scaled the heck out of this one, and it still kicked my butt. I need some CFEB monster/monsterette to show me how it is suppose to be done.

- Got better rep. output by resting in the rack position and then using the momentum and spring of the drop to execute the power clean.
- Gotter better rep. output on the push up by not resisting gravity on the way down and spring the light bounce momentum to spring back up.
Raph - great call resting in the rack position on the cleans, I made it very hard on my forearms standing there with the bar hanging in my hands for extended periods of time. Tough one for sure.
