17:??RX. first time attempting hspu, quite the adventure

After a month's hiatus, 135# is HEAVY!

- Got Creamed. All stuff that I have trouble with.
- Managed to do kipping HSPUs though so i'm happy about that :o) First time for that.
19:00 even
My HSPU's were not full ROM, but they were strict. I got my first full ROM kipping HSPU after the workout, which is very exciting.
17:30 - Intermediate. Dead lifts felt light but after a 5k row at 6 am, my hand were killing me on the pull ups.
