Apollonia will be competing in Sacramento at the Don Wilson/Golden West Open. I can't go as neither she (clearly) nor Daniel is available to sub. It would be nice if folks drove out to support her.

So... I updated my account and changed my password. After logging in, I tried to type the information below and it denied me. Could you check on my account? Here's what I did today:

(Max = 235#, 80% = 188#)

50 V-Ups = 1:54

50 V-Ups = 1:38

I think I had a bowl of lame soup for breakfast. I did much less on this than I've done in the past -- perhaps just sore or tired. Definitely started too heavy for today.
