Thursday 091126 - 10AM, Redwood Regional Park, Redwood Gate: 5K or 10K trail run, Route TBA
Friday 091127- 5PM ONLY GWPC
Saturday 091128 - regular schedule
Sunday 091129 - regular schedule
Monday 091130 - last CFEB sanctioned social climbing in present form
Tuesday 091201 - First Tuesday Class @ GWPC 6PM with Daniel
Henceforth, classes will be 7 days a week. Thursday classes will be at 6PM and 7PM. There will be a 6PM class each weekday.

115# thruster... Sick!!

This was sooooo much harder than I was anticipating. Pure mental weakness not finishing the last set of Thrusters unbroken. Thanks to Riam for keeping me on task.
I can safely say I will be buying a jump rope for the Double-Unders. Practice makes perfect. If I can get a 1/4 as good as Riam on the jump rope I will would be happy.
