The Science of Winning According to Vasili Alexeyev
Note he sometimes trained with 80,000 tons per session! Even with "special vitamins" this is amazing - shall we do some WODs with 500x315# DLs?
Check out the new improved records page.
It would be great to fill in some of the blanks. If you would like to do so you should have a witness: Maximus, Daniel, Apollonia, Gita, Ynez, Hodges, Andy, Elaine, Bex or Doron (basically trainers + Team CFEB 2009).

Giving a new meaning to "Dog Squat"
16mins 11secs rx
11:?? RX
double-unders are not exactly the peanut butter to my jelly
12:54 RX
155# tonight was lighter than last week's 155#.
13:43 (give or take a couple seconds)...500 m row instead of 400 m run. DLs were as easy as they've ever been, but my double unders and rowing need work. My sore knee felt fine during the workout but was in rougher shape an hour afterward.
8:41RX. Due to the 7x7 Squats yesterday, the first two runs were amusingly slow. I just could not move my legs fast. Last run was by far the fastest. I should have warmed up more.
PS - I led 5.10b!
15:27 Rx
9:21 RX
my legs and lungs were fried!!! the 2nd and 3rd rounds of DU were almost unbroken (20 on each). Max pumped me up for the last round of deadlifts and convinced me to do them unbroken.
9:07RX (I forget the exact time). Slightly faster than Doron but not faster than Max. Should have held out a bit more on the third round of DLs.
