11:04 I was hoping to break 10:00 but have had stomach ills and lost some weight, but that's good. If I can keep the extra weight off until Sunday my twenty lb. weight vest will only feel like ten pounds. Giardia is the new caffeine!!
I'll call it "symbiotic microbiological fitness enhancement" How determined are you to go to the next level.

My wrist is jacked and i'm somewhat annoyed that I couldn't measure a benchmark time for this workout. Fiddlesticks!!

Bad Quad soreness/tightness, bordering on cramping slowed me down a lot on both thruster and pull-up. It still sucked.

9:02RX. First ever fran, so I was fairly pleased to be under 10 minutes. I would love to try again in a few months, I think there is much room for improvement

Update: quad pain (not soreness) probably bordering on Rhabo from this. I seem not to have fully recovered since the Master's comp and various hard WODs. The life of a Master's athlete is a real PITA.

I was having some stomach issues (still am) and light-headedness and I have a kink in my neck that I was babying. I think I could do better on a better health day. Sets of 11-10, 8-7, and 5-4 for both exercises, with fairly long rests in between sets.
I haven't looked it up, but I am pretty sure this is a PR by a minute or so.

I know I didn't push it very hard because I am not feeling any soreness at all at the moment.

I feel guilty that I didn't keel over or collapse after the WOD. Makes me feel that I didn't push myself far enuf (tho it felt like it at the time.) I seem to always have that problem of leaving something in the tank.

actually not a PR (I got 10:17 on 12/19/08) and I did keel over afterwards and felt very weak and sick for hours afterwards, but I was feeling weak and sick to begin with, so it's not surprising
