I'm going to Nurse my wrist, but something tells me that I won't be doing presses tomorrow. Back Squat and Deadlift are fair game :o)
One-arm press!
Kettlebell Press.

dead 335F 315 345F
total 660
Totally spun down from Fran. My 1rep press was 5# less than what I got 4 reps on last saturday. The dead's made sense. My PR in may was 350 and that was the last time I tried a 1 rep max. Hoping to see a huge improvement in the deads and presses by the next time this rolls around.
Was looking at the archives (because I'm a dork and because I wasn't quite ready to start work for the day) and realized two things:
While it's not posted, James C has the CFEB non-C2B Fran record at 4:30, so he crushed my time from yesterday by well over a minute. He remains a man among boys.
Also the first two CFEB workouts I did were exactly a year ago yesterday and today. Woohoo! Man I remember being crippled for two days...
first of all, my Fran PR was non witnessed (I just timed myself at work). So, I'll have to do it again, and I'm not sure if I can repeat it right now.
again, unwitnessed today, I'm pretty sure it was 3:59 and not 4:59 (used wall clock)
Back squat
75-90F-90 - match PR
Press
55-65-70F - new PR
Deadlift
145-155-157F - match PR
Total: 310
Back Squat - 337
Press - 197
Dead Lift - 477
Crossfit total = 1011
Squat - 260#
Press - 120#
Deadlift - 350#
Total: 730
Squat got a little shaky at the top but was still legit. Press was handicapped with a slightly sprained wrist but was still crap anyway. Went for 365# for my third set where 355 or even 360 would have been more feasible.
New PRs in the Squat and Deadlift though!
Back Squat: 272-287(f)-287(f)
Shoulder Press: 147-157(f)-155
Deadlift: 345-355-365(f)

Anonymous above is Robin in case anyone couldn't tell from the numbers. Glad to see someone break 1000.
Back Squat: 272-299(f)-287

Hamstring and leg still messed up.
Back Squat: 215
Press: 100
Deadlift: 325
CFT: 640
I don't know why I blew up so badly on the press, but that's the way this cookie crumbled. Everything was 5-15# off the PRs I set at the end of my last strength cycle in the spring, so not a lot of backsliding, which was good to see.
