Goblet Squat 97# subbed for Overhead Squat. Wrists :oP

Tried to start with 65# and was nowhere close to the bottom. Went down to 50#.
11.15 - scaled to dowel.
19:25 OHS at 75#. Got good depth. Core strength wore out and hard to string more than 8 or 10 reps together at the end. Will try 80# next time.
