10 Rounds

10 Burpee
10 Reverse Burpee
10 Push-Up

Note: test-pilot WODs are experimental and may or may not be a great workout. Think of it of participating in field research - if you are doing the main 3-on 1-off schedule, rest or work on a skill.

Test Pilot WOD: 29:49 Rx
The reverse burpees were restful since it required being on my back part of the time.
